​​​Policy on Appointment Changes and Cancellations

 

Change and Cancellation Notice
All requests for appointment changes or cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation Fee (In-Person)
Under 48 hours:  Will incur one emergency credit per year; otherwise the full fee is required to honour the time booked.

No shows: one courtesy credit within a calendar year. After that, missed appointments are charged at the full rate.

Rescheduling and refunds (Online)

48 hours or more: reschedule or cancel for a full refund or credit.

 

Under 48 hours: if there’s an emergency, your fee can be moved once as a credit. Otherwise the fee is retained to honour the reserved time.

Health Funds Reimbursement (Remedial Massage Only)

The Journey To Me is a private billing practice, and the full fee is due at the time of your consultation. After your visit, an invoice will be promptly emailed to you, allowing you to easily claim reimbursement through your health fund for Remedial Massage only. Our practice is widely recognised by most health funds, making you potentially eligible for a rebate based on your specific level of cover. To stay informed about your eligibility, we recommend consulting with your health fund to ensure you have the appropriate level of cover.
