Change and Cancellation Notice
All requests for appointment changes or cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation Fee
Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Health Funds Reimbursement (Remedial Massage Only)

The Journey To Me is a private billing practice, and the full fee is due at the time of your consultation. After your visit, an invoice will be promptly emailed to you, allowing you to easily claim reimbursement through your health fund for Remedial Massage only. Our practice is widely recognised by most health funds, making you potentially eligible for a rebate based on your specific level of cover. To stay informed about your eligibility, we recommend consulting with your health fund to ensure you have the appropriate level of cover.
