Session options and pricing 

Initial appointments

90 minutes · 80 AUD

Ongoing appointments

60 minutes · 80 AUD

90 minutes · 110 AUD

All appointments are online via google meeting.

Booking, payment, and policies

Bookings can be made using the below 'Make a Booking' button. Payments are due when booking your appointment. 

 

​Pre-Session Form 

After your booking is confirmed, new client intake forms will be emailed to you via square. Please complete and sign it at least 48 hours before your session so I have time to prepare. Watch your inbox and spam folder.

 

Rescheduling and refunds

48 hours or more: Reschedule or cancel for a full refund or credit.


Under 48 hours: If there’s an emergency, your fee can be moved once as a credit. Otherwise the fee is retained to honour the reserved time.


No shows: One courtesy credit within a calendar year. After that, missed sessions are charged.​

Do I need a referral?

No referrals are needed, you can book in straight away.​

What is EFT
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and it is an evidence-based technique mind-body method that can help reduce stress, anxiety, depression, pain, PTSD and other emotional distress. It uses elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Talk Therapy and combines them with somatic tapping, using the finger tips, on the Primo Vascular Points (also referred to as acupressure or meridian points).

How Does EFT Work?

The mechanisms behind EFT include deactivation of the amygdala (stress centre in the brain) and hippocampus (memory centre), as well as recent research into vagal nerve improvement. Ultimately the research to date points to regulation of the autonomic nervous system.​
