​The session begins with a light-medium pressure relaxation massage with warm stones, easing muscle tension and creating space for your nervous system to settle. Then, as your body softens, I shift to Reiki healing, allowing universal energy to flow where it’s needed most, harmonising your energy centres and deepening the healing through touch.

This isn’t about dramatic transformation—it’s about gentle integration. When your physical body relaxes and your energy pathways clear, you often discover a quieter mind, a calmer nervous system, and a renewed sense of being at home in yourself.

The time is divided equally between massage and Reiki, with light-medium pressure used throughout to honour your body’s sensitivity.

Health & Allergies: It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any allergies to essential oils, lotions, or other products used during treatment, as well as to provide updated medical information at the beginning of each appointment. This ensures your safety and allows me to tailor the session appropriately for your wellbeing.

Professional Service: This is a therapeutic, professional health service. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made toward the therapist will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Can I get a Health Funds Reimbursement?

The Journey To Me is a private billing practice, and the full fee is due at the time of your consultation. After your visit, an invoice will be promptly emailed to you, allowing you to easily claim reimbursement through your health fund for Remedial Massage only. Our practice is widely recognised by most health funds, making you potentially eligible for a rebate based on your specific level of cover.

To stay informed about your eligibility, we recommend consulting with your health fund to ensure you have the appropriate level of cover.

Can I get I combined Reiki and Remedial Massage and claim? 

Yes you can, we structure your invoice to clearly separate Remedial Massage (eligible for health fund rebates) from additional services such as Reiki (listed as a supplementary treatment). This ensures you can claim the eligible portion of your treatment while still enjoying the benefits of our integrated healing approach.
